Under the rules applicable to non-professional publishers, the publisher’s full identity is intended to be held by the hosting provider and may be disclosed to competent authorities as provided by law.

Pokeradex does not sell products or enter into contracts with visitors. There are therefore no terms of sale, payments, customer accounts, or withdrawal rights to manage on this site. Some links may be affiliate links and are labelled accordingly.
Privacy & GDPR
Pokeradex limits collection to what is needed: an email address when you request alerts, technical information needed for security, your preferences and, with your permission, audience measurement data.
Data controller
The Pokeradex publisher determines the purposes and means of the processing described below. No data protection officer has been appointed. Requests can be made directly by email.

Providers and transfers
Data is available only to the publisher and, where needed, to Vercel for hosting, Resend for the newsletter, and Google for Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager when you accept audience measurement. It is never sold or rented.
Vercel, Resend, and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such processing relies on the safeguards in their data processing agreements, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

If you believe your rights are not respected after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL. CNIL.
Younger visitors
The site may interest children, but the newsletter is not designed to knowingly collect their data. In France, anyone under 15 should ask a parent or guardian for permission before subscribing.
Cookies and trackers
Pokeradex uses necessary cookies and, only with your permission, Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for audience measurement. No advertising or advertising-profiling tracker is currently active.
Accepting or rejecting audience measurement does not change access to the site. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager remain blocked until you accept this purpose.
You can reopen the banner and withdraw or change your choice at any time. Withdrawal blocks future transfers to Google and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible from the site. Future advertising trackers will remain blocked until separate consent is given.
Intellectual property
Original text, structure, the Pokeradex logo, and site-specific graphics are protected. Substantial reproduction without prior permission is prohibited, except for short quotations with a clear source link.
Pokémon and all associated names, trademarks, artwork, and products belong to their respective owners. Pokeradex is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, GAME FREAK, or Creatures.
Information and liability
Dates, prices, availability, and scores are provided for information from sources available at publication time. They may change and should be checked with official sources or relevant sellers. Nothing on the site is financial advice or a promise of value or returns.
Pokeradex is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of external websites reached through links.
